While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *No food, pets, or glass in the pool. *No parties and no glitter. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *If you plan to use the dock for a boat or a jet ski, please notify us at the time of your booking. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or death that result from the use of a boat or jet ski on the dock. The water levels are currently too low during low tide for a boat or jet ski to be docked at the home. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *Please take trash cans to the curb on Monday and Thursday night after 7pm, the recycling can to the curb on Tuesday night after 7pm, and stow the bins by 7pm the following day to prevent us from getting a fine from the city. If this is not followed and we receive a fine, the primary guest will be billed. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without host approval, a $100 charge may be assessed to the guest. *One pet allowed per stay and no pets over 20 pounds. We must be made aware of any pets prior to your reservation and pets must be listed on your reservation.
