While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *No food, pets, or glass in the pool. *No more than 4 people allowed. *No more than one vehicle can be parked at the property, and parking is only allowed in your assigned parking spot. Please note that parking in an unauthorized spot may result in your vehicle being towed and a $200 charge. *No smoking allowed on the property. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *If you plan to use the dock for a boat or a jet ski, please notify us at the time of your booking so we can ensure there will be space for you to dock. The maximum size boat that can be docked is 25 feet. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or death that result from the use of a boat or jet ski on the dock. *The pool, dock, back patio, BBQ grill, and courtyard areas are shared with the other 8 Airbnbs at the property. Please be respectful of other guests. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without host approval, a $100 charge may be assessed to the guest. *One pet allowed per stay and no pets over 20 pounds. There is a $100 pet fee and your pet must be listed on your reservation. No pets allowed on the furniture, pets must be picked up after, and no pets allowed in common areas without a leash. *Deliberately tampering with the internet or cameras is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. *Thank you for booking your stay with us :)

✹ Easy self check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. ✹ If available, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a $50 fee each. ✹ To ensure a smooth check-in, we provide a starter pack of essential items to help you settle in upon arrival. These items are intended for initial use only and are not supplied for the duration of your stay. For longer stays or additional needs, guests are responsible for providing their own supplies. ✹ A shared washer and dryer are available for $4. (shared with 7 other Airbnbs) ✹ CANCELLATIONS: Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays, etc (anything that is out of our control as a host).
