While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *Please respect our neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum especially between quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. *No parties and no glitter. *No more than 10 people allowed in the home. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *All children must be supervised while around the pool and hot tub areas. *Please make us aware of any pets prior to your reservation. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. If excessive pet hair is found on furniture, an additional fee may be applied. *Please do not move or rearrange furniture. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *Pool heat for the months of October - April and hot tub heat (all year around) are additional costs. Pool heat is $35 per day and runs from 9am - 5pm and hot tub heat is $15 per day and runs from 6pm - 9pm. *If checkout occurs after 11:30am without host approval, a $100 charge may be assessed to the guest. *No food, pets, or glass in the pool or hot tub. *Please close the fire pit & grill cover after each use. *Tampering with the internet or cameras is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. *Thank you for booking your stay with us :)

✹ Easy self check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. ✹ If available, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a $50 fee each. ✹ To ensure a smooth check-in, we provide a starter pack of essential items to help you settle in upon arrival. These items are intended for initial use only and are not supplied for the duration of your stay. For longer stays or additional needs, guests are responsible for providing their own supplies. ✹ Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - from Oct to April and runs from 9am - 5pm. Hot tub heat is $15 per day + taxes - runs from 6pm - 9pm. ✹ CANCELLATIONS: Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays, etc (anything that is out of our control as a host).
