While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund. *No parties and no glitter. *No more than 6 people allowed in the home. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *Please turn off game room AC when not in room. *All children must be supervised while around the pool and hot tub areas. *No pets allowed. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without host approval, a $100 charge may be assessed to the guest. *No food, pets, or glass in the pool or hot tub. *Tampering with or unplugging noise monitors, internet, or cameras is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. *Thank you for booking your stay with us :)

✹ Easy self check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. ✹ To ensure a smooth check-in, we provide a starter pack of essential items to help you settle in upon arrival. These items are intended for initial use only and are not supplied for the duration of your stay. For longer stays or additional needs, guests are responsible for providing their own supplies. ✹ CANCELLATIONS: Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays, etc (anything that is out of our control as a host).
