While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *No parties and no glitter. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *Parking is only allowed in the designated parking spaces shown in the check in instructions which is in front of the "Cottage #6 Parking Only" sign. *No glass, food, or pets allowed in the pool. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without host approval, a $50 charge may be assessed to the guest. *One pet allowed per stay and no pets over 20 pounds. We must be made aware of any pets prior to your reservation and pets must be listed on your reservation.
