While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *No food, pets, or glass in the pool or hot tub. *No parties and no glitter. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *Pool heat for the months of October - April and hot tub heat (all year around) are additional costs. Pool heat is $35 per day and runs from 9am - 5pm and hot tub heat is $15 per day and runs from 6pm - 9pm. *Please take trash cans to the curb on Monday and Thursday night after 7pm, the recycling can to the curb on Tuesday night after 7pm, and stow the bins by 7pm the following day to prevent us from getting a fine from the city. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without our approval, a $100 fee may be assessed to the guest. *We must be made aware of any pets prior to your reservation and pets must be listed on your reservation. No pets allowed on the furniture. *Deliberately tampering with the internet or cameras are grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. *Thank you for booking your stay with us :)
