While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *Please respect our neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum especially between quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. *No parties and no glitter. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *No food, glass, or pets in the pool. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *Please make us aware of any pets prior to your reservation, include them on the reservation, and do not allow pets on the furniture. *Deliberately tampering with the internet, doorbell camera, or noise detection device is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. *Thank you for booking your stay with us :)
