While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *No food, glass, or pets in the pool. *No parties and no glitter. *No more than 8 people allowed in the home. *Given we are on a barrier island and the plumbing is more sensitive than other areas, please flush only modest amounts of toilet paper. All wipes, feminine products, paper towels, and other items must go in the trash bin. *The pool, dock, and patio areas are shared spaces with the other Airbnb at the property. Please be respectful of other guests. *Deep-frying or high-grease cooking is not allowed on the property. Grease spills damage surfaces, attract pests, and pose fire risks. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *If you plan to use the dock for a boat or a jet ski, please notify us at the time of your booking. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or death that result from the use of a boat or jet ski on the dock. We occasionally have lower water levels which may make it difficult to dock a larger boat during low tide. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without host approval, a $100 charge may be assessed to the guest. *One pet allowed per stay and no pets over 20 pounds. We must be made aware of any pets prior to your reservation and pets must be listed on your reservation. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. *Please do not move or rearrange furniture. *Deliberately tampering with the internet, cameras, or noise monitoring device is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. *Thank you for booking your stay with us :)
