We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The saltwater pool and docks were fantastic, and we loved watching egrets and pelicans visit daily. The unit was immaculate and exactly as described, with relaxing grounds featuring spa-like fountains. Plus, the beach, boardwalk, and many great restaurants were all within easy walking distance, making it super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive, open, and communicative—quick replies made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

We had a terrific stay at Grace‘s place. A nice saltwater pool, close to the ocean, and squeaky clean, inside and out. Grace is very responsive and friendly. She responds immediately when communicating. We visit this area often to see relatives and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Grace!

We enjoyed our trip and Grace was a very responsive and helpful host! The house was clean and nicely decorated, but the outdoor space is definitely the best part. The only negatives were that the garbage cans were overflowing when we first pulled up to the house, but I let Grace know and she had someone come out and remove the trash that night. Also, unfortunately, the pool heater wasn’t working, but Grace promptly had a repairman come out and fix it. Overall, it was a good stay :)

Our stay at Grace’s Waterfront Bliss was the perfect respite from the blizzard in the northeast. After a flight cancellation I was able to easily book last minute and Grace was very welcoming. The accommodations were exactly as described and pristine. The location was very peaceful and my daughter and I had the best sleeps! Although we didn’t have swimming weather the pool looked inviting and the water views were amazing. Thank you Grace for a great extension to our “weekend” getaway. We look forward to staying again.

Grace was an excellent host to me and my family for our annual vacation. The house was beautiful and in a great location—short walk to a picture perfect beach & close to great restaurants. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed plus a lot which could be useful but we didn’t necessarily need (all the baby gear you can imagine.) Best of all, Grace was super quick to respond and also proactively check in on us during our stay. She even arranged to send us donuts as a thank you on the last day of our trip! Grace was a super host to us during our stay. Making this an even crazier experience—we had booked another house on VRBO, and when we arrived to the house it was EMPTY. The owner/VRBO never notified us to cancel the listing. So truly in a panicked pinch, needing a place for 8 people to stay within the hour, I contacted Grace and she came thru to save the vacation. And Grace’s place was soooo much better than the place that fell thru. We WILL be coming back! ❤️

What a great home to stay for a family vacation. The Backyard is amazing with the pool and hot tub all screened in!! Also the heating of the pool and hot tub works really great!! Then at night the lighting of the pool is very peaceful. The house inside has a really nice design about it with chill vibes! Great bed rooms with plenty of pillows really nice clean bed sheets! Its the set up in the house is great for families to hang and chill. The location is great its very close to many restaurants and stores. It’s also really close to the beaches. Another great thing about the house is that it has all the beach stuff for your family to use!! There is a beach wagon and chairs and plenty of towels!!! Thank you Grace for the amazing service and communication that you do! We will be back again! Mick

Our stay at this beautiful home exceeded all of our expectations! Grace had terrific recommendations for our girls trip, and was always so quick to respond to any messages I sent - both before, and during our stay. This home is in a perfect location and you can easily walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. We loved meeting our neighbors at the shared pool as they had some great tips for fun things to do! The beach towels and chairs made our beach days even better. A perfectly appointed home in a great location. Already looking forward to our return!

This house was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had fun things to do such as ping pong, board games, and a heated pool. It was in a nice area and was only a short drive to the beaches and restaurants as well. We appreciated how the bedrooms had their own TVs. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be interested in staying here again in the future.

My family and I loved staying here! We spent most of our time at the house, and it felt like a home away from home. Everything was extremely comfortable and clean. The beach is also super close which was a plus. Grace was also a great host. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!
