We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was the highlight — sparkling clean, private, and perfect for both morning coffee dips and evening swims. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful and quiet. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the beaches nearby were so cute and easy to get to. Our family especially loved spending time in the pool and jacuzzi—it made the trip even more fun. Grace was such a wonderful host, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Super amazing host, super amazing Airbnb. We’d absolutely rebook for a family vacation!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Grace's place, the amenities were excellent and the home was very clean! All the stores and restaurants were very close and the home is located in a very nice area, I would definitely recommend this home to friends!

The property was exactly as described. Great location close to a nice, clean beach as well as good restaurants and activities. The area was really quiet and family friendly. Everything was clean and the owners thought of every comfort to make their place feel right at home. Loved the pool and jacuzzi as well. Would highly recommend. Great communication from the owners and a really smooth stay with zero issues.

Grace is absolutely amazing ; very friendly, very informative and attentive! She checked up on me before, during and after my stay.
The home is beautiful and very spacious! In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything !
Plenty of room for large families or multiple people . We absolutely loved the SCREENED IN patio especially with love bugs and mosquitos being so bad this time of the year. The kids loved the pool, it was a little cool but it was blazing hot outside so we didn’t mind at all !
Beds r super comfy, she has extra blankets, pillows, and everything you need or don’t even think you’re gonna need for your stay!
Had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely stay at Grace’s if I’m in town again !

The house was amazing and Grace was an incredible host. Quick walk to the beach access and other bars/restaurants. We rented this house for a bachelor party and there was enough room and beds for everyone. The pool and views are great! Incredible gem of a beach house. 10/10 would recommend booking this house if you’re vacationing Indian Rocks Beach!

Our party of 8 absolutely loved this place. We had 4 kids with us and they had so much to keep them entertained. Grace was very responsive and even provided some local recommendations for a birthday dinner. We have already spoken about making this an annual trip. Totally recommend this airbnb!

Grace was a great host! She was extremely responsive, friendly, and accurately presented her rental unit. Check in process was clearly communicated and seamless. Unit is modern, nicely furnished, fully stocked with amenities to include a well-equipped kitchen, and most importantly clean. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping centers close by. My only regret is that we did not get to enjoy the spacious swimming pool due to the weather, maybe next time. Grace's unit will definitely be my first choice when visiting the Tampa area!
