Wonderful place. It has all you need for a perfect vacation. House was in impeccable condition with everything inside matching website photos. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, both were actually cleaned twice a week. Just a two minute walk to the beach and that was very important for our family with small kids. We spent a lot of time on the beach playing in the sand and watching sunsets and I can say that it never felt crowded. We cooked at home including grilling and walked to a couple of nearby places for a coffee and lunch. Grace answered a few questions that we had promptly so I need to commend her as a very responsible and friendly host. The only regret we had is that we had to leave this wonderful place and go home. Grace, thank you for everything and hopefully will see you next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. It was lovely and very clean. We chose it because of the proximity to IMG Academy. I highly recommend for sports tournament families - it was a great and convenient space to relax between games.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and close to everything, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful. We stayed in Unit 5, and it was ideal for our family of four. The space was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was sparkling clean and the perfect temperature, which was such a bonus! I can't brag enough how clean the entire facility was! Grace was an absolute delight. She kept in touch before, during, and even right before checkout, which made everything so easy. We would absolutely recommend staying here and booking with Grace, she was truly the cherry on top of our trip!

Honestly, this is a wonderful place to stay…. Everything that I could have needed was there. And supplied inside of the place.!! kitchen was fully set up. There was nothing missing.!! I wish every Airbnb host could be like Grace! And the surrounding area for this place was great. Anything I could need was within walking distance and it was a walk that you would want to go for !!

Grace was very accommodating and responded to any questions within minutes. The place is very clean, beautiful pool, nice quiet neighborhood and good access to the beach, and local fare. We would stay here again.

Grace’s place is a short walk to the beach and Publix is right down the street. I had everything I needed for a good night’s sleep and a quick trip to visit friends.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the hosts were extremely attentive and kind throughout my stay. We had a great stay! Everything was perfect and just as described. Clean, well decorated and stocked with towels, linen, beach chairs and soaps. Pool and hot tub were pristine. Grace was a great host, very quick to respond. Excellent location to IMG.
