We didn't just love the place, we loved Treasure Island! This home is spotless and in such a great location. Grace and her team provided all the assistance we needed.

The apartment is clean and in a nice location with the beach within walking distance, a Publix conveniently located on the way to the beach, and several places to eat and shops nearby. The apartment is small but this was expected from the pictures, and it is fairly well-equipped. The view from the pool is excellent. Treasure Island itself is a relaxing location that is walkable and bike-friendly. Grace is a great host - quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with. Overall, I recommend for small families or groups looking for a relaxing time that still has amenities nearby.

Grace was extremely responsive. Whenever we needed something or had a question she immediately responded & helped us find solutions! We are a family & she was thoughtful of the needs of parents & children! There was lots to do in the area including the amazing zoo, restaurants & shops!

We had to switch Airbnbs at the last minute, and this place was absolutely perfect. Grace was wonderful to work with—responsive, kind, and very accommodating. The stay made a stressful situation much easier, and we would happily book again.

Place was a great fit for our family. The dock and pool is shared with the other units but for our stay it was rarely busy. And still felt private. Everyone was very friendly that we encountered. We enjoyed the location, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our kiddos loved the fishing from the dock, Walmart will deliver to the unit which is great. Host was very attentive, ensured we were enjoying our stay. Property maintenance was up kept, and the gentleman that does the maintenance was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family

Grace's place was beautiful and pristine. She was proactive with check in and out info. checked in with us to make sure we had everything. we would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing if you love fishing and a peaceful atmosphere this is your place ! Most of everything is in walking distance, bars, the beach, restaurants, etc. The sunrise from the dock is beautiful, the fish never stop biting it was truly amazing. Grace is also a really good host she responded to me faster than my friends do lol she’s great !

Great place. Grace was super helpful, parking is a little tight with a work truck like what I had, but Grace recommended other place to park that worked out great.

This property was great! The outdoor space was as advertised and more. Grace was an awesome host, she was responsive, accommodating, and very easy to deal with. The property location is a 3 minute walk to the beach, has a beautiful pool, and your own dock on a canal. What more could you ask for. We would rent this property again without hesitation. Thanks to the host for making our stay effortless and enjoyable.
